Frequently Asked Questions
What is a timestamp?
A timestamp is an electronic record that proves, under the assurance of an Electronic Certificate Service Provider (ESHS), that a piece of electronic data existed at a specific date and time and has not been altered since.
Where are timestamps used?
They are used for e-Ledger (e-Defter), e-Archive, e-Invoice retention, electronic contracts, KEP messages, archiving, and any electronic document that must serve as legal evidence.
How many timestamps should I buy?
Each timestamping operation uses one unit. Your needs depend on the number of documents and ledgers you process each month. If you are not sure, request a quote stating your usage and we will choose the right package together.
Is there a discount for bulk purchases?
Yes. For high-volume or corporate purchases, you can submit a request via the "Request a Quote" form. We offer you a custom price or a discounted higher-tier package; you can approve the offer in your customer panel and pay right away.
Do timestamp packages expire?
No. Timestamps are sold by quantity, not by time; you use them with no time limit until the units you bought run out. For needs above 10,000,000 units we prepare a quote with a dedicated server.
How quickly can I start using timestamps?
Once you apply online and pay by credit card, your account details are sent to you by e-mail; the process is usually completed within 30 minutes.
