Membership Agreement

1. PARTIES

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between Fırat Yazılım Bilişim Teknolojileri ("eimzahemen") and the user who becomes a member of the site ("Member").

2. MEMBERSHIP

The Member accepts that the information given in the registration form is accurate and up to date and that eimzahemen will act on this information. Membership is personal and cannot be transferred.

3. SERVICES

Within the membership, the Member can view their order history and invoices, request information about their orders and follow their renewal dates.

4. PRIVACY

The Member's personal data is processed and protected under the principles set out in the KVKK Privacy Notice.

5. RESPONSIBILITY

The Member is responsible for keeping their account details (username/password) confidential and for all transactions made through their account.

6. TERMINATION

The Member may end their membership at any time by contacting eimzahemen.
